Online Time Clock and Fire Log System - Web Based
The MyTimeClock Online Time Clock System is a web based clocking system that we designed here at MyWebMan.com for use on our premises to clock employees in and out for both employee time keeping and fire logs. This system is web based and can be run on an internet connected computer, iPad, or other tablet PC.
Each Employee on site is given a unique three digit ID number, which they can punch in on a keyboard or touchscreen, and then "Clock In", logging them on site. An Employee can then log themselves off and on site during the working day, and then "Clock Off" at the end of the working day. Human Resources can then access time sheets, worked hours, and firelogs on demand, and from any location to compile the working hours of each employee.
MyTimeClock Online Time Clock System comes complete with a Fire Log application, so that a list of people who are in the workplace in the event of a fire can be obtained offsite immediately for health and safety purposes.
As well as managing staff activity, the online time clock also takes care of holiday bookings for your staff. Human Resources then have instant access to details of the remaining holiday entitlement for each employee, and when they are booked for leave.
